HOW WE BUILD IT
REAL CONTROL POINTS.
PRECISE RESULTS.
Every dozer and skid steer on our jobs runs GPS-guided 3D grade control, built from real survey control points. Mark, who leads that side of the crew, builds the grade model in-house once the control points are set, so the surveyor only has to return for final topo. For municipal and precision work we also run Universal Total Stations, holding tolerances measured in millimeters rather than the usual tenth of a foot.

COMMERCIAL SITEWORK
Cartersville
A three-acre commercial and industrial pad, in build since February 2026, with a gas station, convenience store, liquor store and car wash on one site.
MOUNTAINSIDE ACCESS
Blairsville
A residential mountainside driveway, a 30 to 40 foot cut, seven to eight machines on site, about 9,000 cubic yards moved, then paved.
COMMERCIAL PAVING
Blue Compass
3,000 tons of asphalt over roughly 40,000 square feet, torn out and repaved in four days while the business stayed open.
