New asphalt installation
Base, binder and topping, built for the load the surface carries, from driveways to commercial lots.

SITEWORK ACROSS NORTH GEORGIA
A paving contractor that explains what you're paying for, from the base up.
FROM THE BASE UP
No two paving jobs price the same, and we'd rather walk you through why than hand you a number that doesn't hold up once we're on site. The base under the asphalt, the square footage, and whether we're patching by hand or paving by machine all move the price.
We self-perform the full job, base through topping, with our own crews and our own equipment. No sub lays your asphalt and no sub seals it.

A COMPLETE START
Base, binder and topping, built for the load the surface carries, from driveways to commercial lots.
Hand-worked patching for isolated damage, priced differently than full paving because the labor is different.
A latex-based sealer that outlasts standard coal-tar sealcoat and carries a one-year warranty against graying.
Old asphalt removed and replaced where patching won't hold, graded and based before anything new goes down.
THE MATERIAL MATTERS
Sealcoat products differ in formulation, durability, and how they hold their color. We explain the product we are quoting and the protection included with it.
A polymer-modified, latex-based sealer. It costs about 60 cents more a square foot, stays blacker longer, and adds a protective barrier against oxidation that coal tar doesn't.
We back polymer-modified sealcoat with a one-year warranty against graying or light spots. Coal-tar sealcoat doesn't carry that warranty because it can't.
Done right, a sealcoat job holds for about five years instead of needing a redo every six months to a year.
ONE CREW. A CLEAR SEQUENCE.
We look at what's there now, the base condition, and how the surface will be used.
A written scope showing base, binder, topping or sealcoat, and what drives the price.
Grade, compact and bring in rock where the existing base won't carry the new surface.
Binder and topping for new asphalt, or polymer-modified sealer for a surface that's still sound.
We walk the finished surface with you before we call the job done.
