Water line installation
Water mains and service connections, tied into city, county or state municipal systems.

SITEWORK ACROSS NORTH GEORGIA
Water, sewer and stormwater, installed by a licensed utility contractor, permits included.
COMMERCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE
Our utility work covers water, sanitary sewer and stormwater, from large commercial mains down to site connections. We hold our own Georgia utility contractor's license, and we handle the permits that go with it.
This service is commercial and commercial-industrial only. If you're a homeowner with a burst water line inside your house, that's plumber territory. Our work stops at the street; the plumber picks up from there.

A COMPLETE START
Water mains and service connections, tied into city, county or state municipal systems.
Sewer line installation and tie-ins for commercial and commercial-industrial sites.
Storm line installation as part of a full site-development scope, not a standalone trade sub.
KNOW WHO IS DOING THE WORK
Georgia's utility contractor's license is the one license this work requires, and it's not something to take lightly on a bid.
We're fully licensed as a utility contractor in Georgia. It's illegal in this state to work under someone else's license, and both sides risk losing their license and facing criminal charges if they do.
GUPA permits, DOT right-of-way permits, and tie-in permits for city, county or state municipal water and sewer systems are all handled on our end.
Ask who the licensed utility manager is and whether they're genuinely part of the company, not just a license number on file. Our utility manager carries about 40 years of utility experience.
ONE CREW. A CLEAR SEQUENCE.
We review the plans and the existing utility infrastructure on and around the site.
We file GUPA, DOT right-of-way, and municipal tie-in permits before anything goes in the ground.
Water, sewer or storm lines installed to spec and tied into the municipal system.
Lines inspected, then backfilled and compacted.
We walk the completed work with you before calling the job done.
