Driveway paving and resurfacing
Plan the route, grade, base and drainage for reliable access to the property.

GWINNETT & HALL COUNTIES, GEORGIA
Buford requires curb and gutter, a minimum driveway separation, and a cap on how many access points a property can have. Paving here means meeting those rules first.
LOCAL GROUND. A PLAN THAT FITS.
Buford requires curb and gutter along street frontages that currently lack it, a minimum 100-foot separation between a driveway centerline and the nearest right-of-way at an intersecting street, and a maximum of one driveway per 400 feet of frontage.
Retaining walls tied to a driveway are submitted and approved separately, and anything in a front yard needs a variance. We lay out access to meet those standards before the base goes down, ahead of any inspection.

BUILT AROUND YOUR PROPERTY
Plan the route, grade, base and drainage for reliable access to the property.
Build a prepared, durable surface for the traffic your property needs to handle.
Match preparation, access and equipment to the scale and intended use of the site.
Assess the existing asphalt and use polymer-modified sealer to protect the surface.
BUILT AROUND THE CONDITIONS
We run a polymer-modified sealer rather than the coal-tar mix common in this trade. The cheap version looks fine going down and starts graying out in about four months. Polymer-modified costs more per square foot going in, but it's backed by a one-year warranty against graying, and the honest pitch is doing it once and coming back in five years, rather than resealing every six to twelve months.

PLAN THE WORK BEFORE IT STARTS
Buford has converted roughly 534 acres to industrial use since 2019 against about 46 acres of residential, which means the asphalt paving work that matters most here is truck courts and large commercial lots sized for logistics traffic, alongside the smaller driveway jobs. We scale base depth and equipment to whichever load the site calls for.

PLAN THE WHOLE JOB
Every job starts with a site walk and a real diagnosis of what’s wrong with the existing surface, ahead of any reseal quote. From there it’s tear-out and base work where the asphalt has failed, spot patching where it’s holding, and sealing to protect what’s left. Striping stays bundled inside a paving or resurfacing job as part of the scope, rather than something we quote on its own.
Walk the property and diagnose the existing surface.
Address failed asphalt and prepare the base before the surface.
Complete the paving or sealing scope, including striping where specified.
